If you make a reservation, this means that you agree to the terms and conditions of YPS Travel as well as the terms and conditions of the executing tour operator or supplier. It is therefore important that you have read these conditions carefully before making the booking. YPS Travel assumes that you have read the travel information in your holiday offer. Below you will find the various conditions that are used.
To reserve
The moment you have passed on all data and agreed to the terms and conditions, YPS Travel considers this a final booking. In the event of changes and/or cancellations, the terms and conditions of the executing tour operator will be applied.
Withdrawal of offer
The offer of the tour operator is without obligation and can be revoked if necessary. Revocation due to correction of errors in the calculation of the travel sum or other errors is permitted. The revocation must be made as soon as possible, but at the latest within 8 (travel to Europe and the Mediterranean countries) resp. 16 (travel to other destinations) office hours after acceptance, stating reasons. In that case, the traveler is entitled to an immediate refund of any monies paid.
Travel documents
It is forbidden to travel with an expired passport or identity card. In some countries, your passport must be valid for a certain number of months after returning home. Having the correct travel documents is your responsibility at all times. YPS Travel cannot be held liable for this. Do you also check whether a visa is required for your destination?
Please note that you enter your names according to the travel document during the reservation, you must fill in your first name and your surname. Do not enter nicknames and/or other first names! These errors can become very costly if it has to be changed!
Duration of trip
Keep in mind that the travel days always count when determining the travel duration. With an 8-day trip you are therefore 7 nights at the destination. It is possible that due to unfavorable flight times with charter companies (always subject to change), you are not at the destination for the full travel time. YPS Travel cannot be held liable for unfavorable flight times.
Do you want flight times with more certainty? Then scheduled flights are for you! These times do not normally change, with exceptions in e.g. a handling ban due to bad weather, unplanned defects, etc.
Privacy
YPS Travel respects your privacy and ensures that your personal information remains strictly confidential. All information regarding personal data is processed in accordance with European legislation and Dutch guidelines and will never be provided to third parties without your permission.
Terms of payment
Payment for your trip must be made by bank transfer. For individual products, airline tickets, hotels, car rental, visas, entrance tickets, individual tickets and segment trips, you must pay the travel sum immediately. For package holidays, you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total travel sum + the booking costs. If you leave within 7 weeks, you must pay the total amount immediately. These conditions deviate from the ANVR travel conditions, as YPS Travel is not affiliated with them.
Are you not paying before the due date of your invoice? Then we will first send you a reminder, if your payment is not made again, we will cancel your booking after 48 hours against the cancellation costs and transfer the case to a bailiff.
